Part II of this two-part workshop will discuss project goals, contract requirements, good faith efforts, and reporting, de-listing or substituting a UBE.

Since 1985, PCL’s California Building group has delivered unrivaled projects and experiences throughout Southern California. We look beyond immediate project needs to understand client goals while driving innovation and value to every project. As employee owners and a trusted partner, we approach our clients’ business like we approach ours – with a commitment to exceeding expectations and doing things right. Whether building an iconic sports arena or helping universities expand their campus, we help clients and partners achieve success.  We have an esteemed local diversity and inclusion program that supports our local hire and workforce development goals, while also ensuring our project teams include and engage small, local and diverse business (UBE/XBE) organizations. For the last 6 years, PCL has tracked UBE/XBE participation and has achieved 25% of UBE/XBE spend. These partnerships enhance our innovative solutions while driving economic impact.

This workshop is FREE for AGC members and $149 for non-members. If you are unavailable for one or both sessions, be sure to register to receive the workshop recording to watch later.
