About the Instructors
Developing talent, managing projects and creating successful teams is my passion. Raised in a family construction business in the Midwest, I have a strong work ethic and understand the importance of communication and team work. Problem solving and empowerment of people through collaborations are always a winning combination. My education and experience has given me the skills to lead organizations, assess issues, solve problems, create standard operating procedures, communicate solutions, mentor people, develop training operations and sustainable programs. I have developed, facilitated and assessed training programs (traditional, interactive and virtual) in the topics of project management, construction management, leadership, soft skills, communication, lean concepts, six sigma, site supervisory skills, materials and methods and more for various industries. I strive to be a positive and supportive team player and continually challenge myself.
