Oracle Primavera P6 provides an overview of Oracle Primavera P6. Participants will be exposed to P6’s capabilities for project planning, scheduling, control, and analysis. The self-led course will utilize real-life case studies.

   1. Building Overall Schedule (Contract Duration and Milestones)
   2. Establishing Constraints
   3. Relationship Types and Logic, with Lags
   4. How to filter, sort, group, change layouts and create a custom filter
   5. Save and Exporting Reports
4. Updating the Schedule
   1. Creating New Files for Updates and/or Revisions
   2. Claiming Actual Status and Updating In Progress Work
   3. Identifying scheduling errors (open-ended Activities and out-of-sequence progress)
   4. Exporting and Importing the Schedule File
