Online Harassment Prevention Training

California Law now requires California employers with five or more employees to provide at least a one-hour sexual harassment prevention training to employees, a minimum of two hours of sexual harassment prevention training to supervisors prior to January 1, 2021, and repeated every two years after that. Please note – due to the passage of SB 530, the deadline for compliance was postponed from January 2020 to January 2021, as well as a one-time extension for individuals who completed the training in 2019. If you’ve completed the training that meets the requirements during the year of 2019, you will not be required to take training again until 2022.These courses meet the requirements of AB 1825, AB 2053, SB 396, SB 1300, and SB 1343.

EMPLOYEE COURSE

This one-hour course for employees consists of two modules, with each module taking approximately 30 minutes to complete. Modules include audio/visual aids, real-life scenarios, mini-quizzes, and assessments. Users don’t need to complete their course in one sitting, as course progress is bookmarked and users are able to pick-up where they left off next time they access the course. Upon completion of the course, users are provided a certificate of completion that is certified by CRI for 2 years.

SUPERVISOR COURSE

This two-hour course for supervisors consists of four modules, with each model taking approximately 30 minutes to complete. Modules include audio/visual aids, real-life scenarios, mini-quizzes, and assessments. Users don’t need to complete their course in one sitting, as course progress is bookmarked and users are able to pick-up where they left off next time they access the course. Upon completion of the course, users are provided a certificate of completion that is certified by CRI for 2 years.
