About the Instructors
Thien Tran is an Air Pollution Specialist with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) working on implementation of the In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleet Regulation and the Large Spark-Ignition Engines Fleets Requirements Regulation. Before joining CARB, he served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and graduated from the University of California Davis with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning.
