A discussion of lean construction foundational principles & values. Join us for the sixth of seven sessions in the Lean Construction Blitz, Lean Construction Core Principles & Values.
Almost every construction organization promotes their corporate values, but not all companies or employees work & live by those values. In this 1 hour ‘blitz’ webinar we will look at those principles that account for almost every ‘corporate value’ promoted in our construction industry today. By examining those critical principles encompassed within the (1) philosophy, (2) process, (3) people and (4) Problem Solving aspects of our organizations we can further identify and reinforce why it is so important that we fulfill our own corporate mandate and live up to those values we promote.
