Inclusive Leaders Institute
Inclusive Leaders Institute (ILI) is an executive leadership training program designed specifically for business leaders in the construction industry. Graduates of the program will leave with the knowledge and skills to lead their companies toward a genuinely inclusive future.

Program Overview
Inclusive Leaders Institute covers four key pillars of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) competency: Foundations of DE&I, Engaging in Inclusive Leadership, A Culture of Belonging, and Community Engagement & Social Impact. The curriculum is rich in tools and resources that executive leaders can implement in their organizations.
In addition to the workshops, participants will be assigned to a peer group of three to four at the start of the program and will work in the same peer group for the remainder of the program. The peer groups will be meet for scheduled discussions and continued engagement after the program completion.

Session 1: Foundations of DE&I
Through this first session, participants learn about key DE&I concepts as they relate to evolving leadership archetypes, learning about leadership buy-in, ownership & communication of importance, and translating the leadership buy-in and communication down to people leaders and individual contributors.
Session 2: Engaging in Inclusive Leadership
This section will explore inclusive and equitable approaches to hiring, retention, and company culture. Discussions will center around strategic shifts they can make within their organizations and the positive impacts this approach can have on their workforce.
Session 3: Culture of Belonging
This session’s primary focus is developing a culture of belonging. Topics will include what is required to establish psychological safety, cultural competencies, bias mitigation, active allyship, and more.
Session 4: Community Engagement & Social Impact
Participants will explore ways for leaders to take their corporate values and create sustainable social impact within their communities. This session will close out the program by creating a plan to continue learning and engaging in inclusive leadership within an organization and beyond.

With more than 10 years of experience as a DE&I professional and a Masters of Science in Organizational Psychology, she is driven by her passion to make an impact and equip others with tools to build bridges across differences.
