This two-hour course takes a deeper dive into the Work in Progress (WIP) or Job Schedule to help construction financial managers know what to look for on a WIP report.

Identify signs of potential problem jobs. Gain an understanding of how changes in projections affect monthly results. Learn how to account for loss provisions.

The virtual training course is live and instructor led, instructions to join the training will be provided to participants upon registration. While not required, it is recommended that participants attend Elements of the WIP on April 11, 2023, from 11 am to 1 pm PT, prior to attending this training session.
