About the Instructors
Dylan Seidner is an Air Pollution Specialist in the Training and Community Support Section at the California Air Resources Board (CARB), where he provides audiences with education and compliance resources on heavy-duty diesel and zero-emission vehicle regulations.
Dylan brings a wealth of experience from a diverse career in environmental regulation. Prior to joining CARB in 2024, Dylan was the principal of an environmental consulting firm where he developed compliance solutions for business and government clients. He has also managed water quality inspection and enforcement programs at the California State Water Resources Control Board. Additionally, Dylan has supervised a Sacramento neighborhood nonprofit, focusing on community engagement with local government and businesses.
With over 15 years of experience spanning government, private industry, and nonprofit roles, Dylan Seidner has a unique background that enables him to understand environmental regulations from multiple perspectives and provide well-rounded guidance, education, and outreach to businesses and communities interacting with CARB’s air quality regulations.
