Established Leaders: 

  • Advanced Training: You’ve completed the Construction Leader Academy or have similar advanced leadership training.
  • Leadership Experience: You’ve been in a leadership role for two or more years, overseeing multiple teams, departments, or divisions.
  • Strategic Vision: You’re directly involved in setting the culture, driving change, and creating strategies.
  • Leadership Focused: You’re driven to make a significant impact at both the organizational and industry levels. You believe in continuous leadership development through personal reflection and growth.
