Yuhi, the facilitator of our workshops, did a great job at breaking down topics that can be intimidating and related them to our industry specifically. We saw more engagement from our employees because she used terminology that was familiar to them. The format of the workshops made the environment less formal, which allowed for more conversations and questions rather than a structured ‘training’.
