The following frequently asked questions provides key details and guidelines for attendees to enhance their experience.

Do I have to register for the entire conference if I’m just attending a business meeting or specific event?
Yes, everyone must be registered to attend the conference in order to access the business meetings and events. We do have individual conference days for purchase. If you would like to register for a single day or have additional questions, please reach out to events@agc-ca.org.
Do I have to register my spouse/guest for the full conference?
You are not required to register your spouse/guest for the full conference. However, if they wish to access any of the conference activities including any receptions they must be registered. The suggested registration type for spouses/guests is the “Guest Registration”, which includes access to the Tuesday Welcome Reception, Wednesday Owner’s Reception & Thursday Night Bash.
How do I check the conference schedule?
You can access the online agenda here. Once you are at the conference, you can use the AGC-CA Events App to create a personalized schedule for the event and be most informed on any schedule changes. The AGC-CA Events App will be available for download as we get closer to the event date. Stay tuned for details.
Will there be a golf tournament at this years conference?
Although we aren’t hosting a formal golf tournament this year, we’re excited to keep the networking momentum alive. We’ve arranged tee times at the nearby Indian Wells Golf Resort, where you can enjoy their stunning Celebrity Course. We hope to see you there for fresh air, friendly competition, and great conversation! To purchase a ticket for golf, please do so on the registration page.
Your tee time ticket includes golf only. Any additional expenses—like food, drinks, or clubs—are the responsibility of each individual player.
Tee times begin at 8:50 AM, and they’re available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to sign up early to secure your preferred spot!

Am I able to extend my stay at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells at the AGC of California group rate?
Yes, extending your stay at the AGC of California room rate is available October 5-12th. Reserve your stay at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas at our exclusive group rate by clicking here before September 15, 2025, or until the room block is fully booked.
What is the dress code or attire?
The recommended attire for the conference is business or business casual. This includes the education seminars, general sessions, business meetings, and receptions. For the Thursday Night Bash, you may also consider country club casual or cocktail attire.
How do I submit a special meal request/dietary restriction?
You will be able to submit this information as part of the online registration process or you may also send special meal requests or questions to events@agc-ca.org.
