Build California Summer Camp – Northern California

Build California Summer Camp is a week-long career exploration experience designed to inspire rising 11th and 12th-grade students to pursue pathways in the construction industry. Through immersive activities, skill-building workshops, and industry engagement, the camp empowers young people to envision a future in the construction industry, builds confidence, and addresses the industry’s critical need to diversify its workforce. Sponsorship of this impactful program offers companies a unique opportunity to invest in the next generation of builders while advancing equity and inclusion in construction.
