About the Instructors
Darcy Gruttadaro is the Director of the Center for Workplace Mental Health where she leads strategy in providing employers with tools to effectively support the mental health and well-being of employees and their families. Before joining the Center, Darcy served in multiple senior-level positions with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Cal Beyer, CWP is Vice President of Workforce Risk and Worker Wellbeing for CSDZ, a Holmes Murphy company. CSDZ specializes in construction insurance, surety, risk management and employee benefits. Cal is a national advocate for workplace mental health, substance misuse, and suicide prevention. He serves on the Executive Committee of the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention.
