Join this interactive class to review, discuss and demonstrate MS project and best practices of construction project scheduling.
Many companies are turning to MS project and many have been self taught to use the software. This class goes into an intermediate level of using MS Project beyond the basics, reviewing the tracking, updating, resource planning and cost functions of the program. The course uses a sample project and interactive exercises to demonstrate the functions of MS Project.
Workshop Objectives
- Outline Project Manager responsibilities related to scheduling
- Manipulation of project schedule for updates and tracking
- Apply scheduling, resource planning and cost control to MS Project
- Practice resource planning, merging projects and reporting
- Explore best practices for Project Managers
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days before the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to rockkie.dunton[@]agc.org.
Transfer Policy: All transfers must be to courses starting within 90 days of the original course start date. Send transfer requests to rockkie.dunton[@]agc.org.
AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 7 days before the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
