Jordan monitors a wide range of federal construction issues on both the legislative and regulatory fronts, serves as a liaison to federal agencies that procure and regulate construction services, and is an advocate for the federal and heavy construction industry. He regularly meets with members of Congress and their staff, and serves as AGC’s liaison to all the federal construction agencies.
He received his J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University and earned his B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) in English and Political Science from Texas Tech University.
