The Voice of the Construction Industry

AGC really came to our company’s rescue when my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness. AGC staff jumped in quickly and helped me transition our contractor’s license to me in about a month, cutting through red tape. As a result, our company was able to remain properly licensed as our management transitioned during a difficult time. I hope no one else will ever need AGC’s services in a similar situation, but it’s reassuring knowing that AGC ‘has your back’ when the chips are down.

At each stage of my career, AGC has been key in connecting me with peers, mentors, industry experts and friends. I encourage our Royal team members to accelerate their own career growth by engaging with AGC provided industry trainings, building relationships at local and statewide events, seizing opportunities to serve as volunteer leaders, and giving back to our industry and communities.

Throughout my 38-year career in the construction industry I have benefited tremendously from my involvement with AGC by networking with industry leaders and peers.  I have also learned a great deal about governmental affairs, industrial relations, and have participated in AGC sponsored training that has helped me be successful at my Company.  It is exciting for me to continue my involvement with a progressive AGC that continues to lead our industry and prepare the next generation of leaders for even greater levels of success.
