Event Description

AGC of California’s Legal Advisory Committee members, along with our Advocacy and Labor Relations staff, will be holding a webinar to update our membership on the effects of COVID-19 to your jobsites, and how to be proactive and adaptable during the current public health restraints facing our nation. The webinar is free to members and will cover:

    • What are you entitled to and how do you work through the situation with the owner?
    • What steps are necessary with your employees?
    Protecting Your Schedule
    • How to be proactive with anticipation of delivery interruptions
    • How to engage with subcontractors and suppliers
    Reviewing Your Contracts
    • Understanding your notice procedures and time requirements
    • Proactive knowledge to estimate potential delay damages
    • Anticipation of claims and setting yourself up to defend against wrongful/for cause termination
    Force Majeure
