AGC Hires Claire Koenig to Head Bay Area Region

Sacramento (June 1, 2015) – The Associated General Contractors of California (AGC) is happy to announce a new addition to the organization. Claire Koenig has been hired as the Regional Manager for North Bay, San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Clara districts.
Claire comes to AGC with a solid background in construction and sales. Claire most recently worked for McGraw-Hill Construction/Dodge Data Analytics as a Strategic Account Manager. She worked closely with client accounts in five western U.S. states and three Canadian Provinces. She managed a diverse client base to which she developed leads into viable opportunities for short and long term goals to increase the company’s standing in their respective industry. 

Previously, Claire served as Vice President and later President for McNely Construction Company. McNely Construction Company joined AGC in 1985. Claire was an active member at the district and state levels, serving on committees and as a State Director for many years. With McNely Construction Company Claire leveraged and administered business and finances in a commercial general contractor role. She is a LEED accredited professional with ample knowledge and experience as a general contractor and subcontractor.
