Legal Advisory Committee (LAC)

Made up of an exceptional mix of both legal firms, in-house counsel, and forensic accountants, the association’s Legal Advisory Committee (LAC) plays a critical role in understanding the impact that new laws, regulations, and judicial decision have on your business. We urge all member companies, particularly those with general counsel on staff, to join the LAC and connect with several nationally recognized law experts in leading the field on some of the most difficult issues the construction industry is faced with.

Attorney members can earn MCLE (legal continuing education) credit for participation in committee meetings, certain seminars and the LAC Annual Legal Retreat.
